Velvet Voodoo
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz Rhum Barbancourt
- ½ oz Pernod (or other absinthe substitute)
- ½ oz amaretto
- ¼ cup softened vanilla ice cream
- Freshly grated or ground nutmeg
- Chocolate shavings
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the ingredients but the garnishes in a blender with ½ cup ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Dust the top with the nutmeg and sprinkle with a few chocolate shavings.
