Typhoon
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz gin
- Dash of Pernod
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- 4 oz chilled champagne
- Garnish: Lime twist
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the gin, Pernod, and lime juice vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass, Slowly top with champagne, and stir gently. Garnish with the lime twist.
