INGREDIENTS
  • 1½ oz Malibu rum (or other coconut-flavored rum)
  • 1 oz blue curaçao
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz amaretto
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tsp superfine sugar
  • Garnish: Lime slice
  • Garnish: Small orchid

INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients and sugar vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lime slice and orchid.
