INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz good-quality silver tequila
- 2 to 3 dashes dry vermouth
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Garnish: Lemon twist
INSTRUCTIONS
Stir the liquid ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Run the lemon peel around the rim, twist it over the drink, and drop it in.
