Summer Solstice Spritz
INGREDIENTS
  • 1½ oz gin (a floral or citrus-forward gin is best)
  • 1 oz St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)
  • 1 oz fresh watermelon juice (strained)
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz sparkling rosé
  • Splash of club soda
  • Garnish: Thin cucumber ribbon
  • Garnish: Fresh mint sprig
  • Garnish: Watermelon wedge

INSTRUCTIONS
Chill a large wine glass or balloon glass with ice. In a shaker, add gin, St-Germain, watermelon juice, and lime juice. Fill with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Top with sparkling rosé and a splash of club soda. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon around the inside of the glass, a sprig of mint, and a small wedge of watermelon on the rim.
