Prince of Wales
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz brandy
- 1 oz Madeira
- ¼ oz Cointreau
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
- Garnish: Orange slice
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the brandy, Madeira, Cointreau, and bitters vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled champagne flute, and slowly top with champagne. Garnish with the orange slice.
