Poop Deck Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
  • 1½ oz brandy
  • ½ oz blackberry brandy
  • 1 oz ruby port
  • Dash of fresh lemon juice
  • Dash of orange bitters

INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

VARIATION: For a Polonaise, substitute ½ oz dry sherry for the ruby port. Shake and strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.
