Pisco Sour
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz pisco brandy
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- Garnish: Maraschino cherry
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled sour glass. Garnish with the cherry.
