Oatmeal Cookie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
- 1 oz Jägermeister
- 1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
- ¼ oz pastis
- ½ oz heavy cream
- Freshly grated or ground nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake all liquid ingredients but the cream vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Float the cream on top, and dust with nutmeg.
