INGREDIENTS
- ½ oz crème de cassis
- 4 to 6 oz chilled champagne
- Garnish: Lemon twist
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the crème de cassis into a chilled champagne flute. Slowly top with champagne. Run the lemon peel around the rim, twist it over the drink, and drop it in.
