Horse's Neck Hangover Remedy
INGREDIENTS
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Lemon peel spiral
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz Bénédictine
- 3 to 5 oz chilled ginger ale
INSTRUCTIONS
Coat a chilled highball glass with bitters. Fill the glass with ice, and insert the lemon peel spiral. Pour in the bourbon and Bénédictine. Top with ginger ale, stirring gently.
