How To Make The Harvard Cooler Cocktail - Building A Drink: Your Ultimate Guide to Mixed Drink and Cocktail Recipes

Serving Up Recipe's All Day Ever Day

Harvard Cooler
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz apple brandy
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon simple syrup
  • 3 to 5 oz chilled club soda
  • Garnish: Lemon peel spiral

INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the liquid ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass. Stir well. Garnish with the lemon spiral.

VARIATION: For a Moonlight, skip the club soda. Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
