INGREDIENTS
  • ⅔ oz raspberry purée
  • 1 oz ginger beer
  • Dash of apricot brandy
  • 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
  • Garnish: 2 fresh raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS
Pour all liquid ingredients but the champagne into a chilled champagne flute, and stir. Slowly top with champagne. Garnish with the raspberries.
