Cuban Sidecar
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 oz light rum
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • Garnish: Lime twist

INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist the lime peel over the drink, and drop it in.

VARIATION: For a Cuban Special, add ½ oz pineapple juice, and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
