Crimson
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ oz gin
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz grenadine
- ¾ oz ruby port
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the gin, lemon juice, and grenadine vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Float the port on top.
VARIATION: Float ½ oz tawny port instead of ruby port for a slightly drier version.
