INGREDIENTS
- Lemon wedge
- Superfine sugar
- 1½ oz brandy
- ¼ tsp Cointreau
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
INSTRUCTIONS
Rub the rim of a chilled wineglass with the lemon wedge, and rim with sugar. Shake all ingredients but the champagne vigorously with ice. Strain into the prepared glass, and slowly top with champagne.
