Caribbean Royale
INGREDIENTS
- ½ oz light rum
- ½ oz crème de banane
- 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
- Dash of orange bitters
- Garnish: Banana slice
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour all liquid ingredients but the champagne into a chilled champagne flute. Slowly top with champagne. Garnish with the banana slice.
