Brandy Champagne Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- ½ oz brandy
- 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
- Garnish: Lemon twist
INSTRUCTIONS
In the bottom of a chilled champagne flute, soak the sugar cube with the bitters. Pour in the brandy, and slowly top with champagne. Run the lemon peel around the rim, twist it over the drink, and drop it in.
