INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz white peach purée
- 2 oz mango purée
- ¼ oz peach brandy
- Dash of fresh lemon juice
- 3 to 5 oz chilled champagne
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour all ingredients but the champagne into a chilled champagne flute. Slowly top with champagne.
