Bloody Eyeball Shooter
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- 1 canned lychee
- 1 blueberry (for the pupil)
- Red food coloring (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Stuff a blueberry into the center of a canned lychee to create an “eyeball.” In a shaker, mix vodka, cranberry juice, and peach schnapps. Add a drop of red food coloring for extra effect. Pour the mixture into a shot glass and gently place the lychee “eyeball” into the shot. Serve immediately with the eyeball floating on top.
