INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz gin
- ¾ oz white crème de cacao
- ¾ oz heavy cream
- Garnish: Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
VARIATION: For an Avalanche, substitute brown crème de cacao for the white.
