INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces dry sherry
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Peychaud's or orange bitters
- Garnish: Lemon twist
INSTRUCTIONS
Stir the liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
